History

The foundation began in 2005 by a small group of local business owners and has quickly increased with local neighbors and friends.

All proceeds shall contribute towards various scholarship funds, youth programs and the beautification of Howard Beach.  Holiday lighting has been added to Crossbay Boulevard to celebrate this joyful time of year.  The holiday lights shine brightly from 156th Avenue through 164th Avenue on Crossbay Boulevard.   There is also a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony which lights up a 30 foot Evergreen and is displayed proudly throughout the holiday season.
